Closed Loop Campaign: Quechquemitl Geschichte Kleidungsstück (little chest garment)

Quechquemitl Geschichte Kleidungsstück (little chest garment) a closed loop campaign developed in collaboration with Susana Rodriguez, Ariana Garcia and Blanca Patricia of the Mama Leonas (Boulder, CO), Adriana Paola Palacios Luna of Luna Cultura: Art, Science and Culture LLC (Boulder, CO) and Eli West of Jefferson Farms (Salida, CO).  Closed Loop is a term used in the circular economy, describing practices in which materials are reused rather than discarded as waste. This campaign supports this approach to garment production by featuring the work of community members, and businesses that deploy systems of sustainability and social justice, and promote the reuse of fiber, textile, and apparel materials.
